In January, 2009, we began a six-month beautification project at St. Mary Church.
Walls were repaired and repainted, the ceiling was replaced, small intricate details were added to the walls and ceilings, carpet was torn out and replaced with beautiful wood flooring and porcelain tile, doors were refinished and a new electrical system installed and new lighting fixtures hung. The major painting was done by a professional company but the electrical work was done by St. Mary volunteers who worked many, many hours.
