| St. Mary School Office Summer hours: the office is open from 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., Monday-Friday until June 30. The office is closed during the month of July. Anyone interested in registering may contact the rectory at 924-8613. The school office will open on August 1 for the 2008-2009 school year. Alumni are in the process of planning an all school class reunion for Saturday October 4, 2008. | The Chicago Tribune and WGN have an Emergency Closing Center (ECC) website which can provide status on St. Mary School closing due to inclement weather. The ECC website is at: http://emergencyclosings.com. When you get to the ECC homepage, enter St. Mary in the facility name box, and Griffith in the city box, and then click on "Search".
